Full Job Description

Full-Time Position requires a detail-oriented and responsible person with at least 1 year of college with a major in accounting. Also, the job candidate needs to be fluent in English and Mandarin.

-Reconciling bank accounts, credit card accounts.
-Job costing and payroll
-A/P, A/R, and keeping QuickBooks updated
-Producing accurate and timely financial reports. Prepare all financial statements
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reconciliation
-Assist in Perform all end of month functions including submitting accruals, preparing and analyzing P&L and balance sheet statements, making corrections, and providing variance explanations
-Prepare and file all tax returns, accurately and on time, including sales, payroll.
