-Reconciling bank accounts, credit card accounts.
-Job costing and payroll
-A/P, A/R, and keeping QuickBooks updated
-Producing accurate and timely financial reports. Prepare all financial statements
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reconciliation
-Assist in Perform all end of month functions including submitting accruals, preparing and analyzing P&L and balance sheet statements, making corrections, and providing variance explanations
-Prepare and file all tax returns, accurately and on time, including sales, payroll.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or above in secretarial, administrative management and other related majors.
-More than 5years of secretarial work, with rich experience in meeting management and recording.
-Should have serious and meticulous working spirit, be organized and logical. With professionalism and professional ethics. Equipped with good writing and expression skills.
-Proficiency in using word processing software such as Word and Excel.
-Required fluent in English(Native speaker)
