Mr. Shen has 20 years+ of experience managing large IT teams and complex infrastructure and environments. 

Mr. Shen occupies a unique role in M Capital. This is because he typically serves as a strategic leader as well as in a supporting role in Tech&Operation Dept. He implements direction from the Prisdent&CEO and executive team while also setting strategy for a core functional group.

His responsibilities are broad — determine IT plans, set and monitor departmental goals, establish team workflows, choose technology to invest in, and facilitate collaboration across the organization. In short, the work he does keeps the IT team and larger organization moving forward.
