Wendy is our Legal & HR Dept Manager. She studied Business Law at the University of Southern California(USC), She has eight years of profound working experience in the related industry. 

In M Capital, She Works cross-functionally to complete commercial agreements with partners including marketing, partnership, advertising, and services agreements, in support of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Content Licensing. Partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, PR, business development, sales, finance, policy, and operations, to Assist in consultation on legal issues.
